Add scoped typed reads and native JSON value-coding conveniences. String/JSONKey/Int throwing brackets, exact conversion, typed presence and model projection share one noncopyable cumulative meter, with bounded typed diagnostics and guarded handle invalidation/root-source release. Public compiler cases reject Sendable/task transfer; runtime cases prove escaped misuse and caught terminal failures.

Tightened coding ceilings account for prior usage. Meter resource/cancellation/retired-counter overflow remains terminal, including caller Decodable callbacks that catch failure. Fix the existing ISO-8601 strategy to include calendar fields; old time-only data needs explicit application migration.

Validation: ten new behavior functions, public positive/two compiler-negative consumers, modern-date/overflow regressions and final integrated native/safety/DocC lanes pass on Swift6.4/SDK27.2. Caller computation/RSS and returned-value retention keep their documented boundaries. Stacked on the mobile prerequisite; no merge/publication.

Integration status (2026-10-12): this reviewed component is included in the full candidate merged into main through #16, commit e9c6693. All protected integration Native checks passed in run 38268997289. Main's tree exactly matches frozen candidate 65d86ed. This component PR is closed as integrated; its original description, head branch and qualification history are retained. Tagging and release publication remain separate.
