Declare macOS/iOS27 deployment minima and copy Draft2020-12 directly at the schema resource root. The prior extra Resources directory failed default simulator resource signing; the corrected layout signs and loads the same pinned bytes under the default Swift Build engine.
All four public products, private regex and resource integrity compile for iPhoneOS/iPhoneSimulator SDK27.2. Integrated public consumers execute on Mac and iPhone/iPad iOS27 simulators. Physical iPhone27.2 smoke/disk/measurements are recorded; physical iPad remains a mandatory release blocker. No runtime dependency, compatibility fallback or signing bypass.
Stacked on the exact-key index PR9. Native/safety/docs integration evidence is in the local Turn002 return; required Native check names and branch protections remain unchanged. Deployment declaration alone does not certify full release support.
Integration status (2026-10-12): this reviewed component is included in the full candidate merged into main through #16, commit e9c6693. All protected integration Native checks passed in run 38268997289. Main's tree exactly matches frozen candidate 65d86ed. This component PR is closed as integrated; its original description, head branch and qualification history are retained. Tagging and release publication remain separate.
