RELEASING.md step 4, now that the v1.0.20 assets are published: bump softwareVersion + datePublished in the SoftwareApplication JSON-LD, and the <lastmod> for `/`. Also bumps <lastmod> for pdf-inline-html.html, which gained a Tables section in #82. Website-only, so no version bump (standing rule 9).
