Add the three-dimensional Poincaré conjecture (JSP-000007) to the MathDB pilot, mapped to MathDB #316224, and remove the smooth four-dimensional Poincaré conjecture from the problem bank. The MathDB pilot remains at 50 problems; the full catalog contains 1,072 problems.

Renumber the former JSP-001030–JSP-001073 as JSP-001029–JSP-001072 and update catalog anchors, the index, pilot mappings, source-review links and process documentation.

Use only Yes and No for legacy eligibility. Set 21 previously deferred eligibility entries to Yes and their unregistered Solver and Lean claim statuses to Unclaimed. Synchronize detail records, source-review notes and maintenance guidance. Keep source and date qualifications in descriptive fields, with the reported formalization for JSP-000448 described consistently in the index and detail. Award review and verification requirements remain documented separately.

Validation:

  • python3 scripts/mathdb_pilot.py build and check — 50 pilot problems, passed.
  • python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -v — all 45 tests passed.
  • Verified 1,072 consecutive catalog IDs and unchanged retained titles, all 50 pilot title/MathDB ID/URL mappings, and 1,187 local JSP anchor links after renumbering.
  • Verified index/detail agreement for all 21 eligibility updates and no retired eligibility label in tracked text files.
  • git diff --check — passed.

…rize#557)

A standalone Lean formalisation of JSP-000448 exists at
https://github.com/zhangjun725/erdos557, commit
828ad6fdb5d0f1a72b8dcd812f4c91c285570ff6. It derives R_k(T) <= k(n-2)+3 for
every tree T on n vertices from the Lean proof of JSP-000439
(Erdos548.erdos_548) by the pigeonhole principle, and additionally proves the
best-possible constants k(n-2)+2, and k(n-2)+1 for odd n and even k.

- Lean proof: "Reported; standalone Lean source not located" -> Yes, with the
  source link and formalization contributors.
- Attribution basis row added (mathematical: paper/report authors; Lean:
  project authorship via formalization.yaml).
- Problem index: Lean proof Yes; eligibility (Yes) and claim statuses
(Unclaimed) unchanged, as set in TheJustinSunPrize#5135.

Rebased onto c06d67a. Correction issue: TheJustinSunPrize#569.
