Introduce MathDB as The Justin Sun Prize's pilot partner in the process guide and repository homepage, with its official introduction and a short explanation of partner and prize-team responsibilities.
Solution and Exposition are reviewed and allocated separately, but both awards require verified complete Lean formalization of the original problem before announcement or payment. Claims and category public review may proceed while that evidence is pending; neither a Solution claim nor an award to the formalizer is required first. Align the agent contract, registers, record guidance and claim/notification templates, including holds when Lean verification is withdrawn. Explicit adoption of external verification remains supported.
Validation: the policy change passed
python3 scripts/mathdb_pilot.py checkfor all 50 pilot problems and all 45 existing unit tests. The added partner introduction was checked against MathDB's official About page;git diff --checkpassed. This changes documentation, with no runtime enforcement added.
