No blockers (head 96332ce). Diff re-checked: no deletions; .github, ci, LICENSE, CLAUDE.md and Cargo.lock intact (Cargo.lock refreshed only); tree matches the rustnzb monorepo export at 12b48a1; required checks green. Admin-merging per operator approval (WI-168). |
