Adds two persistent visualization_msgs/Marker LINE_STRIPs published to /shape in the map frame, visualizing the race track layout in RViz:
Track boundary (red, id:0): closed 7×10 m rectangle defined by four corners at (1,0)–(8,10)
Star path (yellow, id:1): 12-waypoint internal route spanning the track interior.
