The previous PWA icons used a condensed sans W with a sun dot. That didn’t match the in-app
.brand-markorDESIGN.md, which specify a moss pebble (border-radius: 35% 65% 55% 45%) in identity green with a serif W on forest night.This swaps
public/icon-192.svgandpublic/icon-512.svgto the moss-pebble mark (outlined serif W so it stays crisp without relying on installed fonts).Alternatives explored (soft wash, survey ring, sun-kissed, letterless pebble) are in the agent artifacts if you want a different direction.
