- Created layout.html with responsive navbar - Implemented Programs dropdown with all 4 programs (Dream Beyond Limits, Teacher Training & Youth Empowerment, Virtual Summer Class, Code Equity Curriculum) - Used Tailwind CSS with vanilla JavaScript event listeners - Added logo and heart icon to navbar - Dropdown arrow rotates when menu opens - Mobile-responsive menu with hamburger toggle - Horizontal nav layout: logo left, menu right using flex justify-between
