IfcManager.loadIfc(file) created an object URL that loadIfcUrl never released; the locally created URL is now revoked once loading settles.

Refs #160 — direct fix at current upstream master. Verification: patch applies exactly to the pinned preimage at the stated head; postimage blob computed and pinned. No runtime/build/test execution was performed.
