No reason to not publish the .idea folder since the recommended way of working with CAIT is via WebStorm. Additionally, we save run configurations in it that we can use.

This is before an upgrade to Svelte 5. Svelte 5 has an migrator script that will allow us to easily migrate from Svelte 4 + Svelte 4 syntax turns out to still be supported in Svelte 5. |
