Updated CmdShootDist to pull limelight distance from a sim-specific constant during simulation, updated Hood constants, fixed angle conversions in Hood's simulationPeriodic
Merging Codebase Cleanup Changes into Sim Branch
Merged AutoPrograms from dev and made other minor changes.
Added the one-line intake sim (intake motor voltage).
Accidentally undid the auto and traj changes before, so redid the changes in this commit.
Mainly working hopper sim, only issue is that ball count does not reset to 0 when robot shoots.
Create member variables for noBall and ball flywheel sims.
Fixed hopper ball count, created constants for hood sim, and updated shooter sim.
Simulation code worked on over the summer 2022
