…dance Since the argv0 agent hint (#28), herdr's fallback detection identifies the sandboxed agent from plain `pall8t run` typed into any herdr pane (confirmed live). The bolded "herdr agent start isn't optional" claim and the p8() wrapper recipe are stale — replace the section intro with the simple truth and reword the two bullet sentences that referenced agent start / p8.
