Re-screens the 272 curation records that still carried AI (UNVERIFIED), with the current /screen-candidates skill. Only curation/records/ changes.

  • 120 records screened, each with TBD -> Yes or TBD -> 2nd Tier and a priority from 1 to 5.
  • 34 records with a curator's verdict keep it and get an **Assessment (AI, 2026-10-22):** block only.
  • 118 rejects were proposed, and the reject-checker agent checked each one before it was written. 106 stood and are now No, with the rule and the check's note. 12 were refuted and stay candidates, with the doubt written in the record.
  • Most new rejects are duplicates (PROV-4): Zindi's API names the parent competition of re-hosted hackathons.
  • Earlier notes and CC lines are kept below the new block.

validate and tests/test_records_integrity.py pass. The curator verifies the records in the dashboard's Screening queue (/review-screened-candidates).

272 records screened again with /screen-candidates: 120 screened with a
priority, 34 assessments of records with a curator's verdict, 118 proposed
rejects of which the reject check upheld 106 and refuted 12. Each record keeps
its earlier notes below the new screening block.
