Correct mistranslations, ghost references to the defunct Expert Advisory Board (Sachverständigenrat), and missing passages in the English translation. Also update one outdated reference in the German original and add a note that only the German version is legally binding. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Art. 14: Secret ballot threshold corrected from "two-thirds" to "one-third" (Drittelmehrheit) - Art. 18: Nomination deadline corrected from "during the GA" to "six weeks before the GA" - Art. 20: Add missing minimum annual meeting frequency requirement Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

The translation is inconsistent, here. For the "main meeting", in the German original it says "Hauptversammlung", which from the wording, which is not the same as the "Generalversammlung" ("General Assembly"). The same word "Hauptversammlung" is also used in Art. 18, but in that case, it is translated as "General Assembly".
So, main question: Is the "Generalversammlung" the same as the "Hauptversammlung".
- If yes, this translation is wrong, should say "General Assembly" instead of "main meeing"
- If no, the translation of Art. 18 is wrong, should say "main meeting" or any other appropriate translation of "Hauptversammlung"

From what I found, "eingeschränkte Revision" seems to be a special legal term from the Swiss Code of Obligations, so we should pay special attention to the translation here. For example, BDO seems to use "Limited statutory examination" as english translation.1
IANAL, though.
