Introduces a new Python-based Healf products scraper project, including documentation and initial scraped data samples. Also adds a GitHub Actions CI workflow (
.github/workflows/healf-crawler.yml) that runs ruff lint, ruff format check, and pyright type checking on pull requests touching thehealf-crawlerproject.
