Upgrade to specs tab & extra lang support

Summary

• Fixed the fact that Tabs: Home - Disk Cleanup weren't translated whatsoever like General Adv - Settings (85-90% translated at the moment)
• Added informative dropdowns to the specs tab which utilizes CPU-Z to gather extra CPU, MoBo, & RAM specifications
• New Network box which shows non-obsolete adapters that aren't disabled within device manager; This also shows whether or not each device is connected to media/internet, physical mac, current network speed/link speed, and manufacturer
• New button in Restoration tab to open the System Protection/System Restore from control panel
• Fixed live CPU frequency not detecting; now using Processor Frequency * % Processor Performance (ex. Minimum Frequency: 2500mhz * Processor Performance; 166.4% = 4159MHz)

Testing

• Successful rebuild; zero nullable warnings & errors
• All services pass; testing resulted in zero errors in the added parts and the app in it's entirety
• Setup file: 134.6MB | Final install: 396.1MB
