Use the corrected dependency canary workflow so pluginless Composer updates retain the PHPCS standards and WordPress-aware PHPStan extensions. Release 1.1.3 also contains the reviewed, tested checkout/setup-node and webpack-cli updates merged through Dependabot.
Validation: Actionlint, Node build/typecheck/audit and the complete hosted Theme WordPress, translation and PHP QA. A fresh canary is triggered against this workflow revision before merging.
