Use workflows 1.2.2 for dependency updates: Composer fetches run without plugins or scripts, installation credentials are removed before QA, and PHPCS/PHPStan discovery is restored explicitly. Keep reusable workflows pinned to the verified full revision.
Validation: Actionlint, normal package QA and a manually triggered dependency canary on this exact branch.
