Add Homebridge plugin for HomePod integration - #2

Added a `homebridge-plugin` directory containing a full Homebridge platform plugin. - Calculates prayer times using `adhan` library. - Exposes a Switch accessory to HomeKit to trigger automations (e.g. for HomePod). - Supports local audio playback on the Pi using `mpv`, mirroring existing functionality. - Includes configuration schema for Homebridge UI.
