This PR adds a Homebridge plugin to the repository, allowing users to integrate the Adhan clock with Apple HomeKit.

Key features:

  • HomeKit Integration: Exposes a switch that turns on at prayer times. This enables users to create automations, such as playing audio on a HomePod.
  • Local Playback: The plugin can also handle local audio playback on the Raspberry Pi (using mpv), replacing or working alongside the cron-based system.
  • Configuration: Fully configurable via Homebridge UI (location, method, audio settings).

The plugin is located in homebridge-plugin/.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6776369405427161452 started by @SyButter

Added a `homebridge-plugin` directory containing a full Homebridge platform plugin.
- Calculates prayer times using `adhan` library.
- Exposes a Switch accessory to HomeKit to trigger automations (e.g. for HomePod).
- Supports local audio playback on the Pi using `mpv`, mirroring existing functionality.
- Includes configuration schema for Homebridge UI.

Updated root README.md with instructions on how to set up the plugin and HomeKit automation.
