Adds a Disable AI Button toggle in Settings, placed right after Message Deletion Effects.
When enabled, the AI button that appears in the input bar while composing a message is hidden. The setting is checked alongside the existing
ios_disable_ai_chatapp-config gate, soisAIEnabledstaysfalseand neither the corner nor the inline AI button is created.Default is off, so behavior is unchanged unless the user opts in. Only the English source string is added — translations are handled through Crowdin.
