I was wondering what processing/normalization method was applied to the bulk data deposited in GEO (GSE176078). The file name says 'raw counts' (GSE176078_Wu_etal_2021_bulkRNAseq_raw_counts.txt.gz), but the numbers in the matrix are not integers, so I don't think they may be raw counts.
