Version bump for alpha.3: the mouse page now finds the mouse again after an unplug (#7).

Tested by hand on the real G502: unplugged it, plugged it back in, and the page came back with working DPI.

Major · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Mark alpha tags as prereleases.

The action defaults prerelease to false. This job sets make_latest: true and no prerelease input. Pushing the v0.1.0-alpha.3 tag therefore creates a full release, and GitHub can make it the repository's latest release. Installers that read releases/latest then receive the alpha build. The comment on line 45 states the opposite intent.

Set prerelease from the tag name. GitHub does not allow a prerelease to become latest, so make_latest: true remains valid for stable tags.

Suggested fix
       - uses: softprops/action-gh-release@v2
         if: startsWith(github.ref, 'refs/tags/')
         with:
           files: rig-hub-${{ matrix.name }}.*
+          prerelease: ${{ contains(github.ref_name, '-') }}
           make_latest: true # installers use releases/latest, which skips pre-releases

Update the softprops/action-gh-release@v2 configuration to set prerelease based
on whether the tag name contains a hyphen, so alpha tags are published as
prereleases while stable tags remain full releases. Keep make_latest: true
unchanged.
