Three doc updates.

1. The install instructions from #14 were wrong, and following them would wipe the app again. flutter install always uninstalls the existing app before installing, in every build mode. --debug doesn't change that. flutter run isn't safe either, because it silently falls back to uninstall + reinstall whenever its adb install -r fails. I checked both in the flutter_tools 3.47.4 source: installApp in commands/install.dart and in android/android_device.dart.

The only install that can't wipe data is:

flutter build apk --debug
adb install -r build/app/outputs/flutter-apk/app-debug.apk

If it can't replace the app (for example, a signature mismatch), it fails and leaves the installed app alone. This PR updates the "Never uninstall" guardrail, the Environment section and the README to say so.

2. The user's rule, added to AGENTS.md → Conventions: no Claude-Session: trailer and no claude.ai/code/session_… URL in commit messages, PR descriptions or comments. A single "Generated with Claude Code" line in a PR is fine.

3. What was checked on the phone on 2026-09-24, recorded in AGENTS.md → Current state:

  • The app was updated with adb install -r, and its data was kept.
  • The reconstructed data was restored through the new Backup & restore screen.
  • dumpsys alarm showed exactly the 6 expected alarms: 07:00 and 21:30 for the next 3 days.
  • The Today screen had no warnings left except a genuine low-battery one (15%, unplugged). That confirms the low-battery warning from Warn on Today screen when battery is low and unplugged #13 shows up when it should.
  • Still unchecked on the phone:
    • the first morning alarm after the wipe;
    • the low-battery warning clearing when the phone is plugged in;
    • where the low-battery warning's Settings button leads;
    • the backup file itself appearing in the chosen folder.

Docs only.

…ll -r

flutter_tools' installApp always uninstalls the existing app before
installing, in every build mode, and flutter run falls back to
uninstall + reinstall when adb install -r fails. Either can wipe the
user's data again. The guardrail added in #14 wrongly said --debug made
flutter install safe.

adb install -r only ever replaces the app and keeps its data; on
failure it leaves the installed app alone.
