small-cod

This code shows data transformations done with catch-data from Fiskeridirektoratet.

Setup

1. Install project

  git clone git@github.com:Sunnmorsposten/small-cod.git
  cd small-cod

Install dependencies.

Note

If you don't have Poetry installed, follow the installation guide.

  poetry install

2. Download data

1. Go to https://www.fiskeridir.no/statistikk-tall-og-analyse/data-og-statistikk-om-yrkesfiske/apne-data-fangstdata-seddel-koblet-med-fartoydata.
2. Download all CSV files from 2010 to 2025.
3. Place files within data folder with naming convention fangstdata_{year}.csv.
