Summary

  • Advances issue 692 kit readiness: planted auth/API fixture, clean decoy, unsafe allowCommands: false target, tasks.json, facilitator runbook, and concrete participant steps.
  • Adds pnpm test:human-uat-smoke / CI step that proves fixture oracles + analyze risk separation + execute skip. Artifact always sets humanEvidence: false.
  • Does not finish human acceptance for issue 692 — independent participants are still required before epic(ai-native): make CodeDecay a verifiably AI-first engineering safety agent #675 can close.

Test plan

  • vitest run packages/knowledge/test/human-uat-kit.test.ts
  • node scripts/human-uat-smoke.mjs --run-id local-dev
  • CI includes Human UAT deterministic smoke step

Refs #692

Made with Cursor

Materialize planted/decoy/unsafe fixtures, expand the kit with task IDs and a facilitator runbook, and gate workflow drift in CI. Smoke sets humanEvidence:false; independent human sessions remain required for issue 692.
