• Repairs all-feature compilation, HTTP route ownership/collisions, query timeout/CSV behavior, and multiple stale feature integrations.
• Preserves repository public contracts while restoring or strengthening the verification baseline.
• Includes an AUDIT.md where the repository reached the audit/refactor phase.
