refactor: restore Go SDK baseline and isolate configuration

Summary

• Repairs CGO safety, TLS/SASL wiring, offsets/defaults, examples, integration gates, and moves configuration translation into its own unit.
• Preserves repository public contracts while restoring or strengthening the verification baseline.
• Includes an AUDIT.md where the repository reached the audit/refactor phase.
