Standardize the setup snippet on a single package manager, note that the API host is hard-coded in both src/App.tsx and src/Order.tsx (and currently points at a dev ngrok URL), and add a brief description of each source file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
