Description
as in VC discussed, I merge now flint-steel into steel and rename it to steel-flint and give also the option for other test harnesses for other things to be tested.
How this was tested
The .env and flint.toml need to be correct. but docs will follow in this PR
cargo test --package steel-flint test_run_flint_selected -- --ignoredScreenshots / logs
