Add comprehensive excluded methods section to MCP ARCHITECTURE.md categorizing all 105 excluded RPC methods by reason (wrong context, CLI tooling, registry admin, tunnel mgmt, security, etc.). Remove system.shell tool — host-level shell access is too broad a privilege for MCP agents. Agents can still exec into package subcontainers via package.shell. …stfmt New MCP tools for RPC methods added on master since March: - backup.target.delete-legacy - net.gateway.check-port-v6 - net.ssl.generate-certificate - net.tunnel.update Refresh the excluded-methods doc: updated counts against the current RPC tree, added the new deferred binding mutations (set-range-address-enabled, set-gua-wan), documented package.attach, kiosk.set -> kiosk.enable/disable, and fixed stale core/ paths.
