Add basic tailwind changes to articles

Updates:

• Added live reload with air (there's also an air toml; install air and it'll be really easy to use)
• Added tailwind (the CLI; see https://tailwindcss.com/docs/installation/tailwind-cli), nodes need not install tailwind, however (unless they want to update the styling for some reason?)
• Fixed the styling for article pages
• Added a collapsible navbar
