ci: give each branch its own live-test concurrency group - #283

The group was one per trigger ("live-tests-push"), so once release/2.1
was added to the push triggers (#281), a push to release/2.1 cancelled the
live run already going on main ("Canceling since a higher priority waiting
request for live-tests-push exists"). The group now includes the branch,
as ci.yml's already does. Consecutive pushes to the same branch still
supersede each other.
