feat: Remove leftover day navigation from header - #70

The date navigator (prev/next day, "Back to Today") no longer served a purpose. Removed it from the UI, styles, and app logic. Task completions now always stamp the current date. Also dropped the obsolete e2e tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
