- Normalize it so constant spinning doesn't cause problems. - Obsolete it because it shouldv'e been already to align with LocalPosition setter.
LocalRotation is too new and used a lot so left that in. These have been around for a long time and have had suitable appropriates.

LocalRotation is too new and used a lot so left that in. Also added NoLocalRotation to the list for future removal.
These have been around for a long time and have had suitable alternatives.
Branched from #125 so merge that first.
