Describe the bug
The recent 'Gemini-enhanced' Google replaces many old features with that of AI slop. However, Deslopify successfully removes these features, resulting in many features now being lost. In particular, searching for words with dictionary definitions brings up a pronunciation box, but this has been moved inside the AI Overview box, resulting in it being removed by Deslopify. Another example is the 'People also ask" quick answers; formerly, they would answer your question, but they now bring up an AI Overview, which is then removed by Deslopify.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On Google, search for a word with a dictionary definition
2. The pronunciation of the word appears and then disappears.

Expected behaviour
The pronunciation should still be available.

For the "People also ask" and "Things to know" sections, I use the following filters in my AI Blocklist to only filter quick-answer items that have AI overviews.

The first filters hide individual entries if they have AI overviews. The second/third filters hide the entire "Things to Know" or "People also ask" sections if every listed item is AI. The reason I have extra qualifiers on .ULSxyf and have an extra .cUnQKe filter on people also ask is because the .ULSxyf class can get shifted to a higher level element that blocks too much, like on this world cup standing results page.

Feel free to adapt any of the filters from my blocklist if you find them helpful.

In #4 , there has been attempts to filter Google search results.
However, Google has introdcued '/goto?' links for users not signed in, which breaks the filter. There may need to be discussion on how to decrypt this new class of link as well.

Rob--W/dont-track-me-google has introduced code to combat these links. However, it appears that the /goto? urls are encrypted and cannot be decrypted offline. Rob--W/dont-track-me-google uses a workaround of looking up links. I will conclude that attempting to fix /goto? will likely take a very long time and may not be fruitful. The other problems of Google remains open and will be implemented, however.

There is a relevant discussion on /goto? links at iorate/ublacklist. uBlacklist uses the link that is sometimes seen visually to the user to detect the website. However, social media websites do not show this.

For dictionary definitions, https://ssl.gstatic.com/dictionary/static/sounds/20250617/apple--_gb_1.mp3 appears to be the schema used by google, but not all words all supported (example of supported words are pronounce, carrot and apple, which can be inserted into the link. This can be used to restore pronunciation.
