This repository contains the 3DSlicer module to use in order to control features of the needle guide and get quantitative and visual feedback.
In order to install this module, please first install 3DSlicer and clone this repository on your computer. Then, go to the extension manager of 3DSlicer and install the required module for communication: SlicerIGTL.
In order to add this module to 3DSlicer. Open the panel: Edit --> Modules --> Click the double arrow of "Additional module path" --> Click "Add" and paste the path of "SensorizedNeedleModule.py" file.
