Upgrade Polymath and Related Contracts to Recent Stable Solidity Version #11
This epic tracks the overall progress of upgrading the Polymath and related smart contracts to the latest stable version of Solidity (e.g., ^0.8.x).
• Target Solidity version: ^0.8.x
• Scope: All contracts using Polymath modules or depending on them
• Goal: Ensure modern syntax, remove deprecated code, validate tests and deployment
