Which issue does this PR close?
i have added the static chatbot that will help and enhance the user experience of our project.
What changes are included in this PR?
i had made chatbot and i have made two files chatbot.jsx and chatbot.css and i have added few quick question that helps user and i have also added the joke that give random jokes related to food that increase the interactivity.
Are these changes tested?
Yes i have tested many times it's working good.
Are there any user-facing changes?
There is not any user-facing changes to be done.
