I lead the AI work behind DoctorSV, El Salvador’s national telemedicine effort. What started as a pilot tested by live doctors is now in production nationwide, serving a large and growing network of doctors across the country. 🌍💡

I’ve done geospatial analysis around 5G network coverage in El Salvador — data infrastructure plus resource-allocation algorithms to help improve mobile network infrastructure across the country, under USAID- and EU-funded engagements. 📍📶

I also lead AI-driven work supporting El Salvador’s national education reform — using GCP and AI to improve learning outcomes and broaden access to education at a national level. 📚💻

I’ve designed and implemented a data lake solution that enables organizations to centralize vast amounts of structured and unstructured data. This design aims to make data accessible, secure, and ready for analysis and machine learning.. 🌐📊
