深度审查必须交付生产代码和测试的必要性记录：范围、必须保留的契约、更简单的替代方案、remove/merge/replace/retain 决定与证据。独立设计先分析最低行为、base 可复用部分和职责；允许有证据地保留，不要求凑精简 finding。
gh-slate 展开表格展示必要性记录，将精简建议标为非阻塞。general 先交付，未完成的深审保持 preliminary/incomplete。approved、comment 和 changes_requested 均要求阶段整合完成；已有必要性审计不能仍在运行。changes_requested 还必须有未解决或部分解决的 P0/P1，纯精简建议不阻塞合并。schema 约束交付结构，不能验证语义判断质量。
保留真实执行、持久化、输入传递和接口行为测试，移除整份 schema 镜像和静态 prompt 文案断言。
验证：栈顶 303 项 Python 测试通过，Ruff、类型和格式检查通过。真实 gh-slate CLI 验证阶段状态和 finding 组合的接受／拒绝行为，包括 15 个 changes_requested 阶段组合。真实任务是否提出有价值的精简建议仍需观察。
