My mission is to build a connected, continuously learning R&D ecosystem that converts human evidence into better drug-development decisions — integrating population-scale genetics, biobanks, multi-omics, real-world data, experimental biology, computational science, and AI across the continuum from target identification and validation to safety assessment, translational strategy, and clinical development; through decision platforms such as TIDVALE (Target Identification and Validation Engine) and TLA (Target Liability Assessment Engine), I link human genetics, RNA therapeutics, scientific data infrastructure, and AI-enabled decision science into rigorous, scalable frameworks for target nomination, biological validation, liability assessment, and portfolio prioritization, so programs advance with a clearer causal rationale, a defined patient and biomarker strategy, and greater confidence in biological and clinical relevance.
