Corrects the release version:
is_active+odds:locked(0.4.0 in main, never tagged) is the minor; thetimestampdocstring clarification is doc-only → folds into 0.4.0 (the earlier 0.5.0 over-incremented). Cutting v0.4.0 after merge.Type: chore
