- Modify `python/Containerfile` to use `debian:trixie-slim` and non-root user. - Create `powershell/Containerfile` using `debian:trixie-slim`, installing PowerShell Core 7.4.6, and non-root user. - Add documentation for running from CLI and Containers in `docs/`. - Add GitHub Actions workflow `.github/workflows/publish-containers.yml` to build and publish images on release.
