This PR updates the container build process for both Python and PowerShell versions of the Ask Sage OpenAI Proxy.

Changes:

  • Python Container: Switched to debian:trixie-slim base image, added non-root user appuser, and optimized dependencies.
  • PowerShell Container: Created a new Containerfile based on debian:trixie-slim that installs PowerShell Core 7.4.6 and runs as non-root user appuser.
  • Documentation: Added docs/run-cli.md and docs/run-containers.md with detailed instructions.
  • CI/CD: Added a GitHub Actions workflow to automatically build and push Docker images to GHCR when a release is published.

To trigger the build and publish process, please create a new release (e.g., v0.0.1) on GitHub.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8403000891951976285 started by @mark-e-deyoung
