Adds game name lookup for Xbox App Launcher games detection.
Xbox (WinGDK) games contain a manifest file with metadata about the game, that can be parsed.
Note that a new entry, "gamelaunchhelper" is required on blacklist.json, otherwise Segra will be stuck attempting to capture that window, which is a splash loading window.
Also of note, the patch only covers the default install location of (Drive):\XboxGames, but the Xbox App supports specifying a different folder per drive.
