Add close button action setting

Adds a Preferences setting for the window close button behavior. Defaults as minimize to tray, can select between close/minimize.

There is something bugging me about how this looks in the UI. I think it's that the other settings use checkboxes, while this one doesn't, yet it's placed among and surrounded by checkboxes. Any ideas on how to improve it?

That was something that bugged me as well, I replicated the "Run on Startup" dropdown but since its in between "Run on Startup" and other checkboxes it looks even more out of place 😅

I replaced the placement of it and changed its style, let me know if that looks better
