What It Does

Theme engine: presets, a color editor, and per-module theming for the whole suite.
Changelogger: pops up release notes after a 3DS module updates.
Update notices: drops a chat message when a newer version of a 3DS module is out.
Troubleshooter: scoped diagnostics you can export for a bug report.
Logging: one level-controlled logger the modules share.
