Screen Sharing Feature Added

1. Added UI Buttons for Screen Share and Switch Camera
2. Added Foreground Service Class to run Screen Share in the foreground
3. Added NotificationUtis class to serve notifications to the user when the screen is shared.
4. Added functionality to share the screen of the user (preliminary)

Note: SDK has not moved to the unified plan yet
