• Built a custom HLS streaming server from scratch featuring Adaptive Bitrate Streaming (ABR) to optimize low-latency delivery across varying network conditions.

🏥 Nidhaan – Healthcare Ecosystem (Frontend | Backend)

• Developed a multi-tier healthcare platform combining an online pharmacy, mental health tracking, and doctor appointment scheduling.
• Implemented secure seller/doctor onboarding pipelines and deployed a dedicated AI consultation chatbot.
• Architecture divided across decoupled Frontend, Backend, and Chatbot repositories for scale.

🔬 R&D Portal – IIT Indore Research Workflows

• Designed a secure workflow automation engine to completely transition legacy physical paperwork into a structured online tracking system.
• Implemented a multi-stage processing pipeline to manage detailed granular data and strict verification steps for regulatory approvals.
• Integrated built-in email alerts and built a project vacancy advertisement module to easily broadcast open research roles across campus.

🎓 Yearbook Portal – IIT Indore Batch Archival Platform

• Led the engineering team's architecture migration from Cloudinary to Openinary, gaining complete control over static assets and significantly reducing overhead costs.
• Designed and built a Memory Map feature allowing graduating students to pin and preserve memories geographically.
• Resolved critical bottlenecks in Firebase authentication and OTP delivery solutions.

💰 FinTrack – Global Wealth Manager

• Built a personal finance and expense planning application with real-time support for international currency exchange rates and fund allocation.

✍️ BlogX – Dynamic Publishing Application

• Created a clean blogging platform featuring a rich-text content editor, deep commenting trees, and optimized feed rendering.

👨‍⚕️ OpenMRS – Electronic Medical Record system used globally in developing countries.
