Dhee 7.2.5 - Clear-water lifecycle repair

  • Default NVIDIA LLM model updated to moonshotai/kimi-k2.6.
  • Added a live NVIDIA model ping surfaced through Dhee doctor and Engram provider health.
  • Enabled scene summaries by default and wired lifecycle enrichment to fill missing scene summaries.
  • Added scene-noise audit/repair that tombstones operational/test prompt scenes while preserving episodic events.
  • Fixed DHEE_DATA_DIR tilde expansion and hardened pytest data isolation.
  • Hardened verifier/router subprocess execution so repo-local tests use the active Python environment.

Verification: uv run pytest -q -> 1770 passed, 11 skipped. twine check passed for sdist and wheel.
